Information for New Admission 

Admissions are now Open for Government ITI Courses  --- NEW   

Following documents are required at the time of admission:


          1. 10th Admit card, Mark-sheet.

          2. Two (2) copies of passport size photograph.

          Note : You should also submit 12th / Graduation Mark-sheets, if available. Otherwise submit only 10th pass documents.


The candidates need to pay the Admission fee at the time of Admission along with above documents.

Percentage is not a bar for admission. All candidates passed in 10th / 12th / Graduation are eligible for admission provided vacant seats should be available in the college.



Steps for New Admission

1. Fill-up the admission form which can be collected from the "College Office" or from this portal/website (click here to download the admission form).

2. After filling-up the form, the candidate need to submit it along with all required documents (original & Photostat copies), admission fee and passport size photographs by person or by Post.

3. Regarding payments, the candidate can pay the Admission fee (Rs.15,000 OR Rs.10,000) through Cash/DD/Cheque/Online payment (click here for Online Payment).

4. If you pay through our Online Portal, then inform us at 9864044656 about your online payment on the same day and send the online receipt to us through "whatsapp/email" etc., otherwise just ignore this step.

6. After receiving your "payments and documents" by our office, you will receive a call from our office within 24 hours about the confirmation of your seat.


Note : This is a special opportunity for Direct Admissions for the Government ITI courses. Admissions will be done as per rules, regulations and guidelines of Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training, Department of Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship, Govt. of Assam and State Council for Vocational Training, Govt. of Assam.

Answer :       Yes, all the courses mentioned in this booklet/portal are purely “Government courses”.

2. Question : After completion of these courses will the passed out students be eligible for Govt. Jobs?

Answer :       Yes, after completing these courses, students are eligible for all kinds of state and central Government Jobs.

3. Question : Are these courses under “State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT)”?

Answer :       Yes, these courses are under State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT), Government of Assam.

4. Question : Is it possible to make “Online payments” or deposit an amount in any bank from the home/native place of a student?

Answer :       Yes, *Online payments can be made. For this, kindly follow the following steps.

                                        (1) Go to our website “www.geanationalcollege.com”

                                        (2) Click on “Online Fee Payment” option which is available at the top of the right side.

                                        (3) Some more steps need to follow to make the payment thereafter. These steps are very easy. Just follow them.

5. Question : Is it compulsory to appear in the examinations and/or class-tests which are conducted by the College? If some one do not appear in an examination/class-test then what will happen?

Answer :       Yes, it is compulsory to appear in all the exams, specially, unit tests, trimesters & semester exams. The marks given in these exams will be carried forward to the final result of the student.

                    If someone do not appear in an exam/class-test, then zero (0) marks will be carried forward to the final result of that student.
